These terms govern your use of the TheBox.Marketing website and our services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
TheBox.Marketing is a trading name of Ready Study Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company number: 14329535).
2. Our Services
We provide web design, branding, SEO, social media management, paid advertising, content marketing, and email marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are agreed upon in a separate project proposal or contract before work begins.
3. Quotes & Payments
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as outlined in the project agreement. Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables and creative assets become the property of the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing content, assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by late client input may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of TheBox.Marketing.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
TheBox.Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If the client terminates, payment is due for all work completed up to that point. Non-refundable deposits apply.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
